I do not recommend this company. The vanity we received was a completely different color from what we originally selected. During production, we raised our concerns and were assured the final paint would match our choice. However, once they sent us photos of the finished product, it was clear the color was off. When we pointed this out, they claimed it only looked different in pictures and would match in person. That was not true. On top of that, they used misleading tactics with the delivery method, adding to the frustration. Bottom line: avoid buying from this company if you have other options. The experience was disappointing and felt deceptive., They claimed our shipping agent lost one of the faucet sets, which is highly unlikely. All accessories were securely packed inside the wooden box, and our agent—who handles hundreds of shipments weekly—has neither the time nor the incentive to inspect or remove items from clients’ cargo.

the product quality was really good. However the vanity top was broken. The representative Lois Zhu helped me through the entire process multiple times. She was very response, even after I received the vanity. she helped me through the claims process which was very easy to do. I can’t say enough about the customer service.
